6-Channels 1-Wire Brightness Adaptive Four Mode Charge Pump White LED Driver

The AW9666 is a 6-channel Four mode fractional charge pump, parallel connection white LED driver. The proprietary Q-Mirror TM change technique, and low Dropout voltage, can make the Driver circuit work at high efficiency, then make Li-Ion battery work at one long time. AW9666 can Driver more than 6 LEDs, and 21mA each. The device provides a constant current, set by an external resistor, for each LED. Q-Mirror TM technique can make every 2 LED’s current match at ±1%(typical). The AW9666 use 1-Wire Brightness Control, 16-Step Linear Scale LED Brightness Control. The interference caused by the PWM dimming mode is effectively avoided. Deglitch circuit can effectively eliminate the influence of the glitch signal. AW9666 only need four capacitors make the system design easier, and use less PCB. The AW9666 is available in a small 3mm*3mm QFN-16L package and is specified over the -40℃ to +85℃ temperature range.
